1. General Terms
The terms “us”, “we”, and “our” refer to Sage & Lilly Co., inclusive of all services upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By visiting this website and purchasing goods from us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Nature of Products
Being a natural product, flowers and foliage are delicate perishables with variable longevity depending on factors such as:
- Type of flower or foliage
- Handling of the product
- Transport conditions
- Care, temperature, light exposure
- Humidity, fertilization, and vase conditions
2.1 Seasonality and Substitutions
- Flowers are seasonal and may not always be available due to external factors such as weather conditions and supply chain limitations.
- We may substitute flowers with similar or equal-value replacements to maintain product quality.
- Colour selections may be affected, but all care will be taken to reproduce the product as accurately as possible.
- If significant changes occur, we will notify the customer.
2.2 Fresh Stock Care
- All fresh stock is carefully selected for each design.
- Customers will receive care instructions to enhance the longevity of their arrangement.
- Most flowers will last more than 3 days with proper care.
2.3 Sourcing
- Our flowers and foliage are sourced from local (Sydney and Australian) markets and international suppliers when necessary.
2.4 Dried and Preserved Flowers
- Customers will be educated on proper care for dried, preserved, and silk materials.
- Due to variations in materials and production, slight differences may occur.
- All care will be taken to match the visual example listed.
- Important safety notice:
- Keep dried and silk flowers away from open flames, as they ignite quickly.
- Dust regularly and store away from direct sunlight to preserve colour and appearance.
3. Delivery
- We currently service the Sydney Metro and Wollongong areas.
- All deliveries are a fixed rate of $25.
- During high demand periods, a courier service may be used to ensure timely delivery.
3.1 Lost or Damaged Deliveries
- If an item is lost or damaged in transit through no fault of Sage & Lilly Co., we will investigate the issue.
- A replacement product of equal value and appearance will be issued at no additional cost.
- If this resolution is not acceptable, a refund will be issued.
- Any disputes will be investigated in collaboration with our transport service providers, who operate under the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) laws.
4. Pricing
- Prices are subject to change. Any pricing updates will be published 7 days in advance.
- If you purchase an arrangement and later add an additional product, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
- Products may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our designs are created by qualified florists. As a result, there may be slight variations due to factors such as colour availability, seasonality, and supply chain constraints.
5.1 Change of Mind
- If the product is not damaged, fit for purpose, and visually meets expectations, no refund will be given for change of mind after submission to the recipient.
5.2 Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products
A credit note may be issued if the product:
- Is damaged
- Is not fit for purpose
- Does not visually match the expected result
- Is of poor quality and differs significantly from the advertised product
If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, a credit note will be issued for the value of the product.
