Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Sage & Lilly Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality floral arrangements. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers and our commitment to freshness, our refund and return policy is as follows.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an arrangement has been created and submitted to the recipient. Each floral arrangement is custom-made, and variations may occur due to seasonality, colour availability, and supply chain factors.

3. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or wilted upon arrival
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Visibly different from the product description
  • Of very poor quality

We will offer a resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement – A new floral arrangement of equal value.
  • Credit Note – A store credit for the value of the product.
  • Refund – If a mutual resolution cannot be reached.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  1. Order Number
  2. Photos of the product showing the issue
  3. Details of your concern

Email us at sageandlillyco [at] gmail [dot] com, and we will assess the request as soon as possible.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Arrangements that have been handled incorrectly or neglected after delivery.
  • Flowers that have naturally perished over time (most arrangements last 3+ days with proper care).
  • Custom floral orders that were made to specific requests.

6. Dried & Preserved Flowers

Dried and silk flowers require specific care. No refunds will be issued if:

  • The product fades over time due to direct sunlight exposure.
  • Damage occurs due to improper storage or care.
  • Slight variations are present due to the natural drying process.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or damaged in transit through no fault of Sage & Lilly Co., we will:

  • Investigate the issue.
  • Issue a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Offer a refund if a replacement is not a suitable resolution.

We work closely with transport providers and will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
